Strengthening the Power of Civil Society: IKADDER at the Civil Society Relations Advisory Board

The Istanbul Women and Women's Organizations Association (IKADDER) came together with leading non-governmental organizations representing the conscience of our nation and our heartland (gönül coğrafyamız) to attend the Civil Society Relations Consultation Board Meeting.

The meeting aimed to reinforce common sense, cooperation, and solidarity within the civil society sector. During the sessions, the services delivered by NGOs both domestically and across our heartland, joint work strategies for the upcoming period, and visionary projects designed to keep our civilization’s values alive were discussed in detail.

A Shared Vision in the Spirit of Unity and Solidarity

Throughout the meeting, while evaluating the inclusiveness of the humanitarian, social, and cultural activities carried out by civil society organizations in the field, steps for the new term aimed at enhancing the constructive power of the civil sphere were addressed. Emphasizing the spirit of unity and solidarity, participants underscored the importance of implementing projects that will maximize social benefit.
